Welcome To My Walks
Until a couple of years ago I could barely walk around the grocery store. Now I enjoy exploring the many trails in the region, two to four miles each trip.
It wasn’t easy getting to this point. Physical therapy, epidurals, and finally a great pain management guy. Walking, in conjunction with a popular weight-loss program has enabled me to lose weight and thus get off blood pressure pills, cholesterol pills, and insulin injection. I still have a long way to go. I’m a work in progress.
At first I will get my cellphone photos up here. Later I will caption them. My eventual goal is to pick out the best of my photos and research the history of the trails and the structures along the trails.
Positive feedback appreciated, helpful resources more so. I welcome recommendations for trails in SE or Eastern PA.
